The focus in our tool is on the rights in your data protection regulation that will:

1. ensure that you know which digital systems are being used;

2. inspire you to get access to, or participate in, management’s assessments of how the digital systems might impact your fundamental rights, freedom and autonomy;

3. support you in holding management responsible and liable for the digital systems they are using, and

4. help you limit or prevent the commodification of workers through the reuse, repurposing, selling or otherwise transfer of your data to third parties by your employer or their suppliers.
